was tidying up loose ends today


funny how sometimes ppl can lose their minds
if any1 were to ask me what we need most in life..
i'd say clarity..
clarity in mind
funny how sometimes ppl think too much and suddenly the world is their enemy
unfortunately for them,
they lack clarity in their mind

many of my students did badly in the paper cos the lacked clear minds when they went in the exam hall
one of my friends is messing up her life because she has a head that's all fogged up with cobwebs
another one of my friends is pushing all help that she may need away, because someone else is fogging up her mind

what can i do,
what can we do?
i just try to reach out, leave a branch for them to grab when the river overflows
what would you do?

get some clarity

if some1 were to ask me what this world needs more of..
as opposed to what we need most in life..
i'd say, sincerity
alot of things won't go wrong if we had more sincerity

relationships that go awry can get patched up with sincerity..
if we had more sincerity,
ppl could trust each other and that would solve alot of problems

the funny thing about sincerity is that its a tricky business..
there is a time frame for sincerity..
once that time frame passes,
you really gotta do something outstanding to show your sincerity..
but if you do something that goes the other way i.e. showing insincerity,
e.g. by backstabbing, spreading nasty stories, reneging on promises or pacts
well... the time frame moves up.. its further away, harder to reach and but becomes longer..
once you get to that time tho... you really gonna need something SUPER OUTSTANDING to show your regret and sincerity

to all and sundry, get some clarity for your mind
to those who've wronged others, show your sincerity before all the bridges get burnt

To all my friends who've returned me to my clear mind frame when it got fogged up
To all my friends who've shown me continuous sincerity
I thank you for being there
I salute you for having the strength to be sincere in your friendships
If one day you or I change and no longer have this clarity or sincerity,
I hope you and I will remember the time we had this True Friendship

for the others, your time has passed and your bridges got burnt
too bad.. no one has cured me of my hard heart
no one has shown me what that super sincere act can be like yet
i'm still waiting..
