i lost count of the times i went toilet to puke when i reached 7
2 carbon pills
1 can 100 plus isotonic
1 can yoghurt later
i have strength to type
feel better
tho tummy still rumbles
as for the coffee?
it works to keep me awake cos its extra strong
but too bad then i can't work
so..

i went and bought me an assortment of teas..
see the british always know better
