moving on to the new year

for the first time ever....
that i remember....
which is to say...
that's not exactly reliable..
since we're relying on my bad memory here....
i'm going to do a new year post
in the boring style....
you know...
the what went past and what's ahead style..
well.. at least i think i never did that before...
hmmm.....

anyway... so...
the past year..
i think eventful would be an understatement
i'll skip the usual stuff and just go to the two highlights

first thing comes to mind is the LIFE CHANGING EVENT
which if u know..
u know heh..
life changing is not for public consumption i think...
it was so life changing that a bro even deemed it important enough to send me a cautionary email..
sweet...
anyway.. i believe i made the right choice
and glad to see that everyone that matters think so too
and were so willing to accept the newbie into the fold

then of course there was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!
try topping a meal at a condom museum followed by Tigers and a samba queen
i think its going to be hard to top that one!
SUPERB! AWESOME! FANTASTIC!
i run out of superlatives at some point i think
meanwhile i'll keep raving about it and the man who made it all possible heh

the tigers were not as dirty as i thought they would be
and the fur felt kind of like how my dogs' hair would after 2 weeks of not bathing
other than that i was fortunate enough not to figure out how the rest of the tiger felt
unlike the man who had his hand whacked away by a tiger's tail heh heh heh
them tigers are really powerful...
never knew that skinny tail could have that much power....
i don't even want to know the rest :P

moving on to the current
hmm...
i still love peaches... alot
i still generally dislike nurses.. presumed idiotic until proven have a brain
(...i'm prejudiced i know... but them doctors don't help when they keep agreeing with me!)
i think that its a good thing i didn't actually end up becoming a doctor...
i might end up making alot of nurses cry or worse...
anyway i digress...
i still enjoy cosy gatherings with good friends and good food...
i still think guys with 'problems' like Tiger Woods deserve to lose their money and all the misery they bring upon themselves..
an apology just doesn't cut it does it?
i'm consoled by the files i have seen that show that such men always end up with what they deserve..
yes... i'm still as opinionated as ever..

this blog has survived way longer than i thought it would...
i think its kind of evolving...
from being a dumping site set up for negativity management to something else
its still largely a dumping site...
but i did notice its
a) being used less frequently (which is a good sign)
b) contents are becoming more of random thought too
anway... so somethings change and somethings don't

the year ahead
hmmm....
i think it's going to be another eventful one...
i guess all i can say is..
thank god for girlfriends and outsourcing!
so.... in sum.... its the usual i think...
just BRING IT ON!
