me and the bed

ok... as i type this,
dah is settling into his seat
Hasn't got his seatbelt on yet
he'll do that at the last moment
checking out the nice lovely stewardesses
and perhaps, thinking of his nice yummy bak kut teh meal
awaiting him at the end of his flight
perhaps he is thinking instead about his in-flight meal?
yum yum yum

in exactly 10 minutes the plane will be taxi-ing
preparing for take off
and a short while later
it will be airborne
headed towards home
carrying the most precious cargo onboard
roughly 8 hours later it will arrive at its destination
and dah will collect his bag
meet his dad (who hopefully will not nag him about his hair or sumthing)
and the happy couple will go off to bak kut teh with all the family..

i wish i were on the flight too
but that is another story altogether

for now...

everyone...
pray that he has a safe flight
arrives home safe and sound
has a lovely happy holiday
and comes back to me
on another safe flight
