let me regurgitate my breakfast for you

fibre: Philipino Bananas
Carb: American recipe multgrain bread
(end of healthy parts)
sugar: Yummy Strawberry and Fig jam made in a German town in Australia
Carbs and Sugar: Him Heang pastries from Malaysia
H2O, acid and Sugar: Sprite from .... err... the can

dis is the things i pull together from my fridge to eat
i die la if i get any lazier!
half the food i had was bought for me by my pals
YUMMY
but not exactly best idea to gather my snack items
and combine
and call it breakfast right?

had that italian lemoncello
