new kid on the block

today a young man walked into the honors room. i was alone at that time, he did not say 'hi' neither did he introduce himself,
he simply demanded to know if a computer that he pointed at was being used. he did not look like a lecturer. he did not look like the maintenance man. so i thought oh gosh, who is this rude madman!
i asked him if he was a student, he replied with "is there anyone using this computer"
well, well...... he turned out to be a new honors student of the accounting faculty. he's from hong kong and i decline to mention his name. rather rude first impression. he seems to be alright after a while, the abrupt, demanding demeanour apparently his habitual self. of course, i barely spoke to him today. Rude child :P
